On the 7th of September 2013 Kampinos National Park’s (KNP) Open Day took place. On this occasion, in one of the park’s stands, a poster of the "ActiveKPN" project was presented, project leaflets were distributed and park employees explained the land buyout program in KPN and what the LIFE+ project is and how it is implemented in KNP. On this day the park was visited by a total of 1500 people, about half of which visited our exhibition stand.

On the same day, the coordinators of the project – Karol Kram and Ryszard Tlaga – took part in a field trip along the educational path "Dookoła Bieli", organized as part of KNP’s Open Day. Participants gathered in the parking by the school in Stara Dąbrowa. It was attended by nearly 50 people, mostly children living in the vicinity. In the beginning of the tour Karol Kram introduced the objectives of LIFE+ and the activities implemented in the framework of the project "ActiveKPN" to the participants. Leaflets were handed to many stakeholders.
